You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or Account restrictions.
ki333 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
All financial transactions on the ki333 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ki333 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method selected and may be updated from time to time.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Verified Accounts generally experience faster processing times. ki333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to methods verified as belonging to the Account holder.
Transaction Fees: ki333 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. ki333 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.
ki333 reserves the right to reverse, delay, or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms & Conditions, or in breach of applicable law.
ki333 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible Users from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
Bonus Abuse: ki333 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion via multiple Accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations. Where bonus abuse is detected, ki333 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the Account.
ki333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
All Games available on the ki333 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any Game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
Random Number Generators: All non-live Games on ki333 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed game providers. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games, including those powered by Vivo Live, are conducted by human dealers in real time via video stream. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG certification.
Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ki333 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the User's Account. ki333 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. ki333's decision on disputed game results is final, subject to applicable regulatory review processes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ki333 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
